Infrared Sauna

We have a full spectrum infrared sauna with chromo (light) and acoustic (sound) resonance therapies!  Sitting in an infrared sauna for 30 - 45 minutes daily helps with:

Bioenergetic Work

Understanding that our bodies are energetic beings, we believe that past trauma - both emotional and physical - can block those pathways.

DNFT Chiropractic Adjustment

Using applied kinesiology, we can pinpoint which of your 206 bones is misaligned - and our chiropractor is skilled enough to adjust every one of them!

She uses the DNFT - Direct Non-Force Technique - to align the bones.  This technique is gentle and effective without causing undo trauma to your body.
